Our costs explained
Our fees reflect the advance skills of our dentists and technicians who use the very finest in dental materials and equipment.

We try to offer the most competitive prices while still maintaining the expected high standard of care.

On the GMS scheme, (medical card patients), patients are entitled to a free examination once a year and emergency treatment (fillings x2, extractions, initial root canal treatment). Other treatments can also be provided and your dentist can arrange to seek approval for these. If patients who are covered under the medical card, please bring your valid card with you and we will sort out all necessary paperwork.

The Dept. of Social & Family Affairs (PRSI) provide a scheme whereby patients who are eligible, are entitled to a free annual examination. To check your eligbilty, please quote your PPS number at the time of making the appointment and we can check for you, or you can log on to www.welfare.ie

For those patients with their own personal dental health insurance, (Vhi, BUPA, GMA, ESB Medical Benefits etc), we are happy to complete any necessary paperwork and provide receipts for patients submitting claims.

Some dental treatment is tax deductible. These include Crowns, Veneers, Bridges, Root Canal Treatments, Periodontal treatments and surgical extraction of wisdom teeth. This can be done by completing a Med 2 form. (download/ available @ practice). We are happy to help in completing these forms. Routine treatments such as check-ups, cleaning, fillings, extractions and dentures are not covered.
